Manage sources

While you use EdgeRover™, the device that’s in use is shown in the Me tab. Keep in mind that only one device can be accessed at a time. Details are also displayed for quick reference, which include the device name, available space, auto backup indicator, product name, and number of users. From this screen, you can navigate to view other devices or go to your current device’s settings.

To navigate to other devices, tap Change device. Under “Other devices,” there’s a list of the storage devices you can access. Change devices by tapping on the device you want to use. A prompt appears to confirm your choice.

To add a new device, tap Add a device next to “Other devices.” From there, follow the onboarding instructions to get your new device set up. Currently, the supported devices are SanDisk® ibi, My Cloud®, and My Cloud® Home.

To go to your device’s settings, tap the Settings icon next to your device in the Me tab. The list of settings depends on the type of device in use, as shown in the following table:
