Add and remove users
If you have administrative rights in EdgeRover™, you can add and remove users.
To add a user:
- Tap the Me tab, then tap the storage device where you want to add users.
- Tap Users. EdgeRover lists the device owner and all the users associated with the device.
- Tap Add user, and then enter the user’s email address where to send the invite.
Note: Add multiple email addresses by separating them with commas. Tap Add user
to add users from your Contact list. You’re notified if the invited user accepts your invitation.
Tip: Before the invitee accepts the invitation, as the administrator, you can cancel the invite by tapping Removenext to the invitee’s name.
To remove a user:
- Tap the Me tab, then tap the storage device where you want to delete users.
- Tap Users. EdgeRover lists the device owner and all the users associated with the device.
- Tap the user you want to remove.
- Tap Remove user. EdgeRover confirms with you the user will no longer be able to access the device if you proceed.
- Tap Remove.
