Add and remove users

If you have administrative rights in EdgeRover™, you can add and remove users.

To add a user:

  1. Tap the Me tab, then tap the storage device where you want to add users.
  2. Tap Users. EdgeRover lists the device owner and all the users associated with the device.
  3. Tap Add user, and then enter the user’s email address where to send the invite.
    Note: Add multiple email addresses by separating them with commas. Tap Add user to add users from your Contact list. You’re notified if the invited user accepts your invitation.
Tip: Before the invitee accepts the invitation, as the administrator, you can cancel the invite by tapping Remove next to the invitee’s name.

To remove a user:

  1. Tap the Me tab, then tap the storage device where you want to delete users.
  2. Tap Users. EdgeRover lists the device owner and all the users associated with the device.
  3. Tap the user you want to remove.
  4. Tap Remove user. EdgeRover confirms with you the user will no longer be able to access the device if you proceed.
  5. Tap Remove.
