App settings

App settings store application information on your device. These settings are all about the app itself, such as sending logs to Customer Support, clearing cache, or enabling Touch ID or Face ID and much more!

To view or edit your app settings:

  1. Tap the Me tab, and at the top right tap Settings .
  2. Tap App settings. EdgeRover™ displays the following options.
    • The app version identifies the mobile app version you have installed on your device.
    • Tap Send app logs to email your logs to Customer Support. EdgeRover notifies you when the logs have been sent.
    • Tap Clear cache to remove temporary memory, which helps optimize the app performance. EdgeRover asks for confirmation before deleting your device’s cache.
    • Tap Manage settings to go to the app settings to make changes.
    • Tap Set passcode and enter a new four-digit passcode to access EdgeRover. EdgeRover asks for confirmation of the four-digit passcode.
    • Tap Touch ID or Face ID to enable touch access or facial recognition.
