Change password
Your login credentials are universal. Therefore, if you change your username or password, that change applies across all your Western Digital devices and EdgeRover™ apps.
Reset your password
To reset your password, sign in to the app and follow these instructions:
- Tap the Me tab and go to Profile.
- Tap Reset password. EdgeRover sends reset instructions to your email address.
- Open the email and click the link provided.
- Enter your new password, and then re-enter it again to confirm it’s correct. Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- A lower case letter (a-z)
- An upper case letter (A-Z)
- A number (0-9)
- Tap Reset password.
