Change password

Your login credentials are universal. Therefore, if you change your username or password, that change applies across all your Western Digital devices and EdgeRover™ apps.

Reset your password

To reset your password, sign in to the app and follow these instructions:

  1. Tap the Me tab and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Reset password. EdgeRover sends reset instructions to your email address.
  3. Open the email and click the link provided.
  4. Enter your new password, and then re-enter it again to confirm it’s correct. Your password must contain:
  5. At least 8 characters
  6. A lower case letter (a-z)
  7. An upper case letter (A-Z)
  8. A number (0-9)
  9. Tap Reset password.
